CMR-classified materials 10 EU-HSO

For the materials and emissions classified 1a or 1b with relevance to § 10 EU-HSO there are 3 special duties:

1. To prove that the emissions limits inside the workstation are complied they must be measured permanently by a sensor.
2. The measurement results must be saved over a period of 40 years and a copy has to be handed over to the employee.
3. By emission measurements the correct function and effective for every safety measurement must become proven and documented!
